In addition to the screw heat exchangers, there is a complete line in the high-temperature range (400°C to 1200°C) available and it includes several important components such as the high-temperature rotary valve, the high-temperature self cleaning rotary valve and the high-temperature slide-gate-valves. At temperatures higher than 400°C, some components of the rotary valve, such as the cellular wheel, are made of heat-resistant materials. At even higher temperatures, the shaft and the housing of the airlock are additionally cooled with water.
